I’m in love with this product; it’s my go to foundation for daytime. You can get both sun protection and foundation all in one which is amazing! Most foundations have SPF 15 and sun protection products have poor coverage. What's stunning about this product is that it has both SPF 30 and a good coverage.

I have combination oily skin and this foundation does a great job at controlling the oil on my T-zone. I don’t think this product is good for you if you have dry skin. I think it works best for oily and combination skins.

It has runny thin formula, feels really light on my skin and smells flowery. The coverage is light but you can build it up, it leaves a beautiful finish and lasts all day.

These foods have a dramatic impact on our health and are to strictly avoid. Here is the top 5 of foods you should never eat.

Soda:

Soda is a bomb of empty calories; a can of soda is equivalent to 40 grams of sugar. Having a drinking soda habit does not only lead to obesity; it also has been linked to cancer, elevated blood pressure, memory loss, nerve disorders, skin conditions and kidney damage.

Processed meats:

Consuming processed meats like hot dogs, sausage, bacon and salami regularly (several times a weak) leads to premature death. Processed meats are high in calories, fat and sodium, which raises the risk of cancer and heart disease.

Frozen meals:

Ready-to-eat frozen meals are loaded with fat, sodium, preservatives and artificial ingredients. It’s considered poor food, as they usually don’t have vegetables or fruits. Frozen meals are extremely unhealthy and linked with illness.

Margarine:

Many people think that margarine is a healthier choice than butter. Not true. Margarine is full of hydrogenated oils (trans-fats). Trans-fats raise the bad cholesterol (LDL) in the body and reduce the good cholesterol (HDL), which leads to heart disease, diabetes and risk of stroke.

Low-fat products:

“Fat -free”, “low-fat”, “reduced-fat” and “light” are all labels for products that are supposed to be better and healthier than the original versions. To remove fats without losing taste, manufacturers boost high amounts of substances like sugar and salt. Low-fat foods are also filled with trans-fats that cause heart disease and increase cholesterol levels.

PS: It’s hard to eat nothing but clean food so cheating every once in a while won’t kill you. The foods mentioned are a threat to our health when included in our daily eating plan.

Rose water is essential among my beauty products and I use it for many purposes. Here are some tips if you are not familiar with this wonder of nature.

- An excellent natural toner specially for sensitive and irritated skins. Apply by using cotton pad twice a day on a cleansed   face. It balances the PH of the skin and has antibacterial     effect. Your skin is clean and revitalized.
Obs:  It doesn’t work as a make up remover though.

- Spray on your face during the day for a boost. It instantly refreshes your skin and gives it a natural glow.

- Apply on cotton pad and place it on your eyes. It prevents       and reduces eye puffiness. It’s also a good treatment for dark     circles under the eyes.

- Add drops to your bath like ancient queens did and you’ll be amazed by the softness and rosy smell of your skin. Moreover it has calming, relaxing and anti-stress properties.

Rose water is associated with many cosmetics and skin care products so why not use it in its natural form for the best benefits.
